Lower Case vs Upper Case Issue

Hello all

I have an issue with mds 2012, when my dataworkers change a lower case letter to an upper case letter; lets say in a streetname (ie.: lowerStreet to LowerStreet),  Mds Ignores the change...

is there anyway to make MDS aware about lower and upper case changes?
