Link Entity based on Value of Attribution

I am using Master Data Services SQL Server 2014.

I am trying to see if there is a way to link a Attribute to Entity based on the value of the attribute.

Example:

Portfolio    Type             Value

ABC           Country       Canada

ABC            Currency     CAD

In the example above, If I put Country as Type then the list of values are in the Country entity. If I put Currency as Type then the list of values are in the Currency Entity
