Hiding Name and Code attributes

Dear,

In the documentation from msdn: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff929136.aspx#Anchor_4
It says that Code and Name attributes can be hidden.
Where is that option ?
(I tried by setting the display width to 0, but the attribute is still shown)
