I have a set of external action workflows that are configured to fire without any condition applied - just any time a member is validated. When I first deploy the model and the entity with the external action configured and published, the external action workflows are dispatched as expected. However, if I take a backup of the database and then restore the backup, the external action workflows are no longer being dispatched.
I have tried everything I can think of in the process of troubleshooting this issue to no avail.
The environment for MDS is SQL 2017 CU14.
Is this a defect? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
