MDS 2016/2017 WEB UI > Cancel > The member code already exists > Member status changed

Can anyone share please whether you encountered following and if yes - is there any bug reported on this?

1. Create entity > Code value NOT auto-generated
2. Add a couple of members to entity
3. Try to add a new member with already existing Code value, it will bring an error "The member code already exists" 
4. Click Cancel
5. Existing member in Entity is deactivated, please also check transactions page to confirm

Details:

1. SQL Server : Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP3-CU4) (KB4500181) - 12.0.6329.1 (X64) 
2. Master Data Services: 14.0.3048.4
3. Appeared only when a new member is added through WEB UI
