Deleted member showing up on Validation Issues, but missing on Explorer/Excel

Hi

I have a member that a business rule has marked as invalid.

I deleted the member through the staging table of the entity (ImportType = 3).

Now the member isn't showing in Excel or the browser, but it is still showing up in Version Management under version issues.

I've noticed that the ChangeTrackingMask column in the table is set to '1'.

Shouldn't this member no longer be a validation issue, since its been deleted?
