Error:HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer MDM 2012

We have installed and configured Master Data services on our Test server.The OS of the server is Windows server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 and we have already installed Silverlight 5.1.4.1041. Master Data services Configuration with Default web site successfully completed.

However when we start the "Explorer Menu" we get the following error message

[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer ] Arguments:Not found

How to Resolve this issue help me..
