XSD for modeling

Hi,

I want to know if I can design my model / entities by using XSD (outside of MDS) and then import it in MDS to create the entities?

And also do the opposite: design in MDS UI and export XSD.

My goal is to reuse the entities outside of MDS (in BizTalk for example).
