Access is denied

I’m getting “Access is denied” in Internet Explorer when I try to accesshttp://localhost:8081/default.aspx. No other details appear.  And the url changes to http://localhost:8081/unauthorised.aspx.

I have just installed and configured Master Data Services as per “Installing and Configuring Master Data Services” athttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee633752.aspx

Needless to say I’ve missed something, but I cannot work out what it is.

I don’t know where to troubleshoot next. I’d appreciate some suggestions.

My environment is:

Windows 7

IIS 7.5

Internet Explorer 8
