Domain-Based attribute display mode

Hi

I am learning the MDS 2012 and when I was checking the ProductSample model, I noticed some of the defined domain-based attributes like country inside the product entity is displayed as textbox with edit and clear button beside it but productline is displayed as a drop-down.

did anyone know how we can change the display mode of domain-based attributes in entity.
