I have translated the Chart of Accounts sample for Master Data Service into Brazilian Portuguese. Whereas the final result is relevant only for Brazilians, the process might be of interest to a broader audience (no rocket science, some manual work involved): open the sample package using a text editor and replace the entity and hierarchy names.
To translate the actual chart of accounts, I loaded the entities in Excel, moved the original value to another attribute and translated manually - very good to revise your knowledge of a chart of accounts!
