MDS - Memory utilization

Hi Gurus,

MDS installed on windows 2012 R2 standard server. Currently the MDS application is having issues with the system memory. There are other applications on the server which are consuming lot of memory due to which MDS application is not getting enough memory. 

Is there any setting where we can specify that MDS application should be using a capped memory like 5 GB or 6 GB of the total memory on the server. I am not sure if there is any way to set this.  It would be great if someone can suggest if there is any solution.
