SQL Server DB Error

Hi ,

I'm running SQL Server 2000 on a Windows Server 2003 service pack 2.The Windows server has one IP address on NIC.

On windows 7 client side when I try to connect to the DB its working with single ip address. if I configure second IP address of different network on same NIC DB not connecting and show following error :

Error- 2147467259 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]Specified SQL server not found

In Windows XP it is possible to connect using both IP addresses. In Windows 7 it is only possible to use the first IP address.

Can anyone help me to fix this problem

Thanks in advance.
