Deleting rows from MDS Entity

Hello we have a entity to which data flows in from source system to MDS staging table  and data flows out from MDS view into staging tables. 

We have some users who updated the data through excel which led to duplicates in the data. These duplicates are more than 100 and we cannot see them in the MDS staging tables. These are present in MDS View from where the data flows out into the staging tables.

Is there a way to delete these from the entity ?
