Business Rules actions in Consolidated Attributes in Explicit Hierarchies

Hi,

We have a use case where we want to define business rules actions like 'required' or 'defaults' in Consolidated Attribute in Explicit Hierarchies. 

When I try to define an business rule action in consolidated members I get the error: "A standard hierarchy attribute cannot be an anchor attribute in an action."

Someone know any workaround or another way to do that?
